DeNovo Grow, LLC (“we”) operates denovogrow.com. We collect only what you submit on the inquiry form, plus limited technical metadata needed to run the form securely. We do not load advertising trackers on this site. Operating brands such as Align Legacy publish their own notices.
What we collect
Inquiry fields: name, firm, email, optional phone, inquiry type, industry preferences, geography, volume, notes, and the consent acknowledgment text, version, and scopes shown at submit.
Technical metadata stored with each inquiry: timestamp, IP address, and browser user agent. These support rate limiting, abuse prevention, and audit.
This site does not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or other advertising trackers, and it does not set marketing cookies.
How we use inquiry data

- Prevent spam, flooding, and automated abuse
- Comply with law and protect the business
We do not sell inquiry-form contact data as a marketing list. Replies come from [email protected].
Sharing
Hosting, email delivery (Amazon SES), and related infrastructure providers process data solely to operate the site and send responses. SES correspondence is an operator copy of the inquiry. We do not share inquiry data with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. Align Legacy and other consumer brands have separate notices and do not receive denovogrow.com inquiries unless you later give a separate, named permission.
Retention
Inquiry records, consent acknowledgments, and related correspondence are kept for five years from receipt so we can respond, prevent abuse, and document the request. Consent, opt-out, and request identifiers may be kept longer if needed to honor a suppression request.
Requests
For access, correction, deletion, or an appeal of a privacy-request decision, email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify identity. We aim to respond within 45 days of a verified request and may extend that period as allowed by applicable law. We will delete or minimize operational copies where we can. Correspondence and consent records needed to honor an opt-out or meet a legal obligation may remain.
We do not sell personal information. If you are a California resident (or similar state privacy law applies), email the address above for access, deletion, or appeal of a privacy-request decision. This site does not operate a Global Privacy Control signal.
